200 West St. Glenroy

2019 First Update: Project is currently close to being at frame stage. First floor has been done for units 1 and 2, unit 3 is a single story and has also been completed. Steel will be going up this week, followed by second floor and then roof trusses.

November 2019 Update: The development of this property is tracking really well, we are almost at lock up. Brickwork is now complete, scaffolding and external cladding will begin second week of November, we should have this one locked up with all services installed by Christmas.

March 2020 Update: These properties have been finished as early March, and based on valuations made by the bank, their value gives our clients a 33% return on their investment. This return has been achieved during a pandemic and harsh restrictions.
We anticipate that 2021 and 2022 will be a massive year for investors who want to create their wealth by building.

Glenroy Project – Image Gallery, early stages

252 Waverley Rd, Mount Waverley

First Update 2019: Birds Eye View Pre Demolition. The demolition started on the second week of September 2019.

Update November 2019: a lot has happened since our last update. Existing dwelling was demolished and the ground was levelled out. Site has been cut and prepared for concrete which will be poured early in November.

Update October 2020:
These fantastic townhouses are close to completion. Stage 4 restrictions have slowed us down, however it gave us time to take the extra care needed to make these properties look immaculate.
From the white picket fence, to the modern designer bathrooms, every detail has been crafted in a way where these properties stand out
We are now in the process of getting the sub-division organised for the owners and as of 6th of October the footpath and crossover has been completed

47 Loeman St Strathmore Knock Down Rebuild

First Update October 2020:
A little background on this project. It is a 700m block in Strathmore right across the road from Strathmore Tennis Club, around the corner from Napier Street Shops.
The land had a covenant on it which meant it could not be subdivided. The owner decided to knock down and rebuild a new home to suit the nice houses that are currently being built in the area. The existing property originally built in the 1940’s was too old to renovate so we encouraged the owner to knockdown and rebuild. We used our own team to design a home that suited the customer’s needs. This property will have a sauna and gym inside it
Early stages we had issues with the site cut which resulted in the need for bored piers. This strengthened the foundation but was an unexpected cost to the owner. These things can happen in construction, luckily, we always allow for it.
Currently the ground floor of the frame is complete, and we are looking forward to the final pictures of this beautiful design.
